Madrid broke records under Pellegrini, and Perez had no problem throwing him out like a cheap whore. Previously Perez had no problem ditching winning coaches like Del Bosque at the first sign of trouble.

you make a point. but i highly doubt perez is afraid of mou. it seems to me as though the 'special one' has got him under his spell. for the time being anyway- like it was pointed out above madrid are in the cusp of at least one major title in some years.

but if madrid is felled by bayern and self destructs in la liga, as we all here hope will be the case, perhaps then we will really see whether mourinho will survive the rage of the president, the club, and the fans.
