yep. casillas had a solid defence in front of him this year and now hes back to his best. back in the days of shuster though he would screw up alot. (probably because they gifted the opposition one v ones every five minutes)

it should be Xavi/Iniesta and it wouldn´t look pretty good if he won that and those 2 were put by side

Well that would be the biggest tragedy about Iker winning it - that Xavi never won the balon d'or despite being the best player in the world during the stretch of time Casilla won most of his international silverware.

he was the one who kept madrid in this tie and deserves the most credit (unlike the goalscores that get all the credit as always) although somebody in the real madrid coaching staff should really teach him how to place a wall. he has made so many mistakes with it over his career, like del piero or senna's free kick as well which i remember right now.

1 Casillas save and at least 2 lazy Casillas moments.

1) Wall was setup for Xavi as a taker, Messi always tries to get it around it and Iker had nothing to say when Messi had struck it.. I swear, he must be the only hipster in the world who doesn't watch Barca and Messi's FKs or PKs, because more often than not he can't do shit to save them if they're taken well enough to cause danger.
2) Only 1/3 crosses cleared properly again..

Casillas knocked Pepe out and then proceedes to knock Arbeloa out again. His dealing with the crosses is shambolic, and him defending free kick is ALWAYS the worst ever!
