Just when I thought this guy couldn't get any awesome, reading his tweets I realize he's a big River fan and plays as them in FIFA (Him and Herrera play the superclasico against each other). On twitter he's constantly calling Herrera a bostero.

Those two are a riot on twitter. (And didn't River win the most recent Superclassico they played?)

I forgot Trezuguet grew up in Argentina and that both his parents are Argentine.

I always used to think he was he was of arab descent when I was kid watching the world cup in 98.

Trezegol is not of Argentine descent. His surname is French ffs. His family are French-Argentine and if I remember correctly his mother is fully French.
Not to mention the fact that he was born in France.

Arab? Arabs are very diverse and there is really no "Arab look" per se. Also Arab is more a linguistic and cultural thing rather than a ethnicity. Just see how different looking Saudis, Yemenis, Gulf Arabs, Iraqis are compared to the "Arabs" (most are Berbers) in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt (Copts) and Levantine Arabs (Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Jordan) who were mostly Arabized.

Not unless Rouen has somehow been transported to Algeria.

(Perhaps you are thinking of Zidane?)

Trezeguet has no connection to Algeria as far as I know...

Yeah, don't know where that claim came from Deco20.:)

But well it's true that Trezeguet's father was born in Argentina but the latter was also a French-Argentine and the Trezeguet surname is of French origin.

So Trezeguet is not only of French origin on both sides of the family but he is also born in France. If that does not make him French then nobody is of French origin.

Zidane was born in French but is of Berber origin (Berbers are actually mixed with Latin peoples (French, Italians, Spanish etc.)

But well, French people are a mixture of Romans, Celts, Iberians, Ligurians, Greeks, different Germanic peoples such as Franks, Burgundians and then Arabs, Moors and Saracens. Normans and Vikings (in the north) were also present.

In fact I can't think of a more mixed European ethnicity than French people.

Eh, I forgot Basques, the Swiss, Breton people, Corsicans, Occitanians and Catalans.

The conclusion is that nobody is pure (Certainly not French) and those people who don't know their ancestry would be surprised of how mixed they are as virtually everyone else is - in Europe and the Americas at least.
