Mazzarri: "We achieved our target by getting into the Europa League. I had to take the team as high as possible"

Mazzarri: "If you look at how things panned out, we could have done better - myself included. We drew too many games"
Mazzarri: "I'm never completely happy, if something's not right I'm the first person responsible. We must do better next term"
Mazzarri: "We did a lot more good things than bad things this season"
Mazzarri: "I'm very self-critical and if I see that others' criticism is objective I try to take it on board"
Mazzarri: "The club has a lot of confidence in me, they've always shown me that. #Ausilio has spoken about my contract"
Mazzarri: "I'm proud to have worked with four top players like #Cambiasso, #Milito, #Samuel, #Zanetti in this very particular year"
Mazzarri: "Lots of youngsters have done well this year and improved. They'll be much more experienced for next year"
Mazzarri: "I think that with hindsight people appreciated the way I dealt with #Zanetti's farewell from the pitch"
Mazzarri: "The captain came on at the right time against Lazio and was able to bid farewell to his fans"
Mazzarri: "This year was a historic turning point for the club, a change of ownership after 18 years. It was a new experience for me"
Mazzarri: "I think I dealt with the various situations well in what was an unusual year. The club is satisfied"

Mazzarri: "Lots of things needed to be assessed this season and that probably had an effect on the consistency of our performances"
Mazzarri: "I'll work on a four-man defence in our first week in Pinzolo. I'd like to play four at the back with a holding midfielder"
