The better question to ask is when will it be time to sack him. There's no way that doing it immediately will render a positive outcome. There needs to be some more time for it to not be pre-emptive and so that a proper replacement can be lined up. The winter break is a good turning point and gives enough time for Lucho to either sink further or pull out a miraculous turnaround. People may have given up on this season and trophies in general before 2016 but I maintain that it does not have to be a failure. The squad we have is good enough that some simple but crucial adjustments could turn things around and build us to elite form.

Firing and hiring managers repeatedly isn't a good thing but it's smarter to know a lost cause than to try and sail a sinking ship. I don't have faith that the board would approach it like this but *ideally* the candidates would be grilled heavily to present a plan/system to the sporting staff/administration (maybe even Xavi/Puyol as they are the link between players and staff). Obviously this is far too optimistic since those listening (Zubidoo, Barto, etc.) haven't a clue about judging what is good or bad sporting wise.

Should be given chance till December at least, but I expect by then we will :

1- lose more points to Madrid

2- finish second in the CL group

Realistically, can we find another world-class manager mid-season ?!

Atleast Tata had some tactical sense in him. If Lucho won't improve himself anytime soon, I say we sack him in the winter and try to get a player-coach thingy with some experienced players. Then we get Frank de Boer to sign for us, the guy has a vision of football that suits us imo.

So he has lost 3 in 15 matches (one against the currently arguably best team in the world) with a single draw and you already wanna get rid of him?

The team is regressing with each game. The system and tactics are horrible. Barça is getting results on individual brilliance of some players. Our overall play is far worse than it was last season, and getting progressively worse. That's why many want him out.

Guess I'll have to watch more Barca matches to see if it's really that bad.

Try to watch yesterday's match. It was the worst I've seen Barça play in a long time.

Couldn't watch the game, i'm glad now. I remember the dutch commentary after the Ajax game "barça has no midfield anymore". I can only imagine how this game his gone.
Every game we won this season was because of individual brilliance (usually from Messi, Neymar and now Suarez) not because of tactics or a system.

Bullshit, you guys are crazy.

The problem is coming from the staff, I think that deciding not to buy Kroos literally changed everything.
The quality of our midfield is awful.

I voted No, I want him to stay at least until the end of the season .

If Bayern played anything near to what we played in the first half against fucking Almeria, you'd have Pep's head on a pike. Yes it was that bad. I started watching Barca after Ronnie joined us and I have to say last night's first half was the worst football I ever saw (even worse than Brazil when they played Germany minus the goals) but I don't know if we have played that bad before that.

Rakitic isn't a scrub and neither are Iniesta, Masch, Busi, Rafinha (best young midfielder in Liga last season) and Xavi but they need to play close together in the midfield to thrive instead they are playing babysitters for fullback providing imaginary width (looking at Alves not Alba). You aren't watching our games if you think Kroos would have been able to do jack shit in this current "system".

This is what I was thinking about Kroos as well, ppl here were saying that Kroos wouldn't fit Barca, but he was playing possession based football under Pep with over 90% passing accuracy he would have fit Barca like a glove.
