The saddest part , is that it doesn't even show the amount of times he went for the safe pass instead of a forward one or the amount of times he put his teammates into trouble. This could have easily been a 35 min compilation.
It's unbelievably funny how some people think that when we get rid of Rakitic we will play tiki-taka again. I Rakitic is our biggest problem than we indeed have wonderful squad and we will dominate next season from start to finish!

I dont think anybody thinks that. But its a start. We need fresh impulses - where would you start? Breaking up the Rakitic-Busquets pairing is step 1 for me. Playing with 3 forwards for a change would be nice as well.
True we need a good coach as well. It's unbelievably funny how some people think that when we get rid of Rakitic we will play tiki-taka again. I Rakitic is our biggest problem than we indeed have wonderful squad and we will dominate next season from start to finish!

I'd sell straight up because he no longer brings anything worthwhile to the table anymore. He was never the quickest but at one time he did bring the work rate and seemed a bit more athletic but now he doesn't. Time to move on from him.
Sure he scores goals every now and then but meh that's really not enough for me to change my mind. Would rather us look towards what we have and possibly look for another B2B Midfielder.
Unless if he suddenly improves his forward game.
Along with having the proper players you also need to fix the movement on and off the ball.Obviously Arthur should improve his forward passes, but we should never forget that we have no idea what tactical instructions he receives from the coach.
The meaningful forward balls are to create chances, so those are usually practiced a lot.
Perhaps Valverde's person and mentality disgusts me so much that I can hardly be objective anymore regarding his "tactics", but I have a strong feeling that he has a significant hand in what is happening at the midfield...
Of course , keeping Valverde but selling Rakitic wouldnt change shit. But If I were to put Rakitic on the fraud scale he would be joint second place with Suarez , while Valverde would be the undisputed number 1.
I would have Busi above Rakitic and Suarez.
