Jack Grealish

I like him. Excellent close control and change of pace, can take on players with confidence, and has the vision and technique to make something happen with the advantage gained.

Funny because Aston Villa is my local team and there is not a peep of it around here. But yes, Daily Mail the source of all legitimate news tells you he’s a city player , it must be true.

Thought he signed for United last summer too…..

Villa are saying they will increase his salary from 100,000 to 150,000 but will accept offers of over 90 million

He has a trolling body language.
Very confident.
Doesn't rush with decisions, he seems to have an attitude: I am better than you (as if he is playing vs inferior 8 year old kids).
He has some similiraties with Zlatan/Neymar in terms of not being under pressure (how he trolls the opponents).

I am somewhat shocked that Pep wants him.
Footballing wise, he is good, but Pep usually doesn't like players with those personality traits.

But Grealish is a certified troll.
Socks pulled down, Beckham's spice boy haircut from 1998 and trolling players with dribbles.

I'll cheer for England and Italy now since my boys Germany and France are out.
I just can't cheer for Spanish choirboy cheaters, it's just wrong :troll:

Choirboy score 10 goals in two games (5 each). Only Brazil 1958 can do that.

Surely must start with Sterling and Kane up front?

He absolutely should. Sancho was impressive and you can see he offers us something different. might be worth changing formation to fit Sancho and Grealish but I'd still prefer the later right now

Agreed. Can build an 11 with Sancho potentially for WorldCup end of next year. Right now Grealish, Sterling and Kane seem the form trio.

I love Grealish because he is really talented, but plays so stripped down and basic that his effectiveness is high. It is like (and I know this is a bad comparison because of talent levels) Messi early years where he would just jink past his man and pull off a shot or an assist without needing to do stepovers or eloborate dribbling moves.

?120 million and I’d sell him. Provided we continue our good recruitment. I was looking forward to seeing him up against Rakitic next Saturday, looks like that won’t happen now.
