Jack Grealish

Yeah, this is the main reason City didn't have too many big chances despite having so much of the ball. Made Madrid's job much easier.

Nah. He has brilliant touch and technique. He follows Pep's instructions.

Watch his Villa clips. Why does Pep start him in every big game?

Like someone from the Caf said, Grealish is the modern day Ronaldinho. @jamrock

I mean, he is okay at drawing fouls and recycling possession, but surely you can find players that can do that, who don't cost 100 mill.

I said it many times when City bought him that his style of play would be a very weird fit.

He loved to be direct and take shots at goal with us. However Pep seems to be happy with what he's got him doing as he starts him enough in the big games.

He's a bit of a throwback in that he has so much technical ability, plays for the team and seems to carry out Pep's instructions, despite the fact he has a maverick in him too. He has become very unselfish, but people don't like it because he is constraining himself. He does overdo it - in the Bournemouth game at the weekend, FA Cup, he cut inside in space and instead of shooting at a very presentable opportunity, as he likely should have, he passed to De bruyne. I don't think it's a lack of confidence, just feel he's too much of an unselfish player now. Or maybe he doesn't wanna take the responsibility, as he enjoys his life off the park, I don't know.

Just think he's still a very talented player, but for various reasons (his life off the park, lack of focus, Man City 'constraining' him) people are now disappointed with him.

On a more shallow note, I have never rated his looks, but must say the really long floppy dark hair looks a lot better on him than the shorter floppy hair. Some guys suit their hair pretty long, and he is one of them.
