It is true, this happened a few weeks ago already, it's just that the punishment (10K€ fine) only came in this week.

Iirc La Guardia Civil is also persecuting Valdebebas security for blocking them and protecting James.

James, the good kid, just like Karim, first said he "didn't see or hear the police", then switched to "I saw them but I was afraid of being kidnapped because it happens a lot in Colombia".
