Javi Martinez could be the perfect player for this system... where we have a 4 man defense, but the full backs bomb forward and the DM drops back to make a 3 man defense. Javi Martinez is better a player, than Busi, for that system.

As much as I would like Javi at Barca, I don't see Athletic selling him to us and if we want to pay his clause, the final price(with the taxes) would be 65 millions euro. So I just hope RM doesn't buy him(and they probably won't for the same reason as Barca)..I also heard RM wants Witsell, who is a good player, but not as talented as Javi.

This plus why everyone thinks he would leave for a club that he probably won't be used as a regular.The only chance imo we had signing him is if Bielsa was hired.Nevertheless I don't think he'll leave unless City or some other rich club makes a ridiculously high offer for him.

After what Falcao did to him last night I don't think he is good enough to be our CB and its not only last night I saw a few games for him now

The only conclusion that can be drawn from yesterdays game is that Barca shouldn't go for Amorebieta, who wasn't discussed anyway. JM did well yesterday considering Bilbaos' defense-organization, which was beyond horrible.

He's young, fast, good in the air and his basque. JM over TS any day of the week.
