Exactly. He's a quiet guy, and not the type to create issues in the locker room. He's "already" 26 and highly rated all over europe, most players in his position would have sent their agent to offer their services everywhere in order to leave for a bigger club with a bigger contract. He wants to leave but is doing it in a respectful manner with an agreement with his club and remains professional in the meantime.
