Yup, there is a huge problem with African players lying about their age to gain an unfair advantage on the pitch. Most of the whole NBA thing is based on old incidents,most of those players move to either Europe or college/School as teenager and you can't lie about your age with MRI or even a routine Dental examination at that stage of your life.
As for Seri,he moved to Porto at the age of 21 so it will be also difficult for him to lie about his age unless Porto doesn't care to check out,that is very unlikely. If he moved to Europe 23+ I would get the worries

Price is ok, he is a good fit, he has skills, age is questionable, but he should be able to play 3-4 or more years easily.
