That unique shuffle he has sometimes when dribbling is remarkable, never quite seen it just like that.

Read something Roberto Martinez found out about him when he was 17 with that new wide-ass scouting network he set up around Belgium's youth teams.

Pity that Rennes aren't that deep and may not challenge long term allowing him & Camavinga stay longer.

Camavinga is more or less gone. Rennes have no leverage with his contract running out next season.

Now Doku on the other hand....if he has a great season for them in Ligue 1 they're in a position to really cash in here. Challenging the likes of PSG, Lille, Nice or even the likes of Lyon and Marseille even if they've sucked recently just won't ever happen sadly.

I don't think he set Ligue1 alight last season. Probably helped him in the Euro that he is abit unknown.

Reminded me of a 16/17 year old Haruna Babangida (man how time flies).

Going to keep an eye on him this season, I think it would be better for him to stay another year at Rennes than get a big EPL offer based off of this Euro run.

Sure they can cash in, but this is like Gladbach cashing in on MATS.

It's just a pity that France has not enough viewership to sustain growth of these sides that take the chance on a guy like him. When he goes to the Prem for 50-100M it'd be a nice profit, but would have hoped there's a model, a pattern developing. Them two are one-offs. And Covid even ruined their chance to cash in on Camavinga with most potential buyers being broke AF
