This. Not everyone hates work. plenty find fulfilment even in what to some would appear as menial work.

Not really.
But as a Software engg I used to make 5x more money than that. So that's there.
My dream was to buy that shop and keep the workers and work there for eternity.
Couldnt happen, it is what it is. lol

Some people just want to work so they have something to do daily or a few times a week.

I once worked with a guy like that who was stacked and had spent years traveling around the world, but got tired of it in the end.

He worked three days a week as an in-house consultant.

Man just wanted to be around people socially I guess.
