Pep's assistant, top football level experience. Seem to be better profile than Xavi (only Qatar experience, joke to compare to Premier League).
Beter profile than Xavi???

Beter profile than Xavi???He is struggling with Arsenal and will probably get fired at the end of the season! He is a joke. If he is our main option than just let Komean continue for the next season.
Arteta: 2 tittles win in England.
Xavi: tittles in Qatar.
Must be hard to say who has better profile now. Unless you think Qatar level is way above England's.
1 FA cup is greater than 10 tittles in Qatar. Xavi can win 100 tittles in Qatar and no one will rate that seriously.
No debate.
And it is just a rumor. He is one of the option, not the only one option according to rumor.
No one cares about the FA cup or titles in Qatar. We are talking about the potential those two have. IMHO Xavi's potential as a manager is far grater than Arteta's.

His understanding of football was always phenomenal, and he will manage Barca sooner or later. He lacks experience but he could grow together with our young team. To be fair, whoever takes over won't be abble to compete for CL at least for the next 2 seasons so I'd rather risk with Xavi than with Arteta who didn't show anything special so far.
Potential has nothing to do with coaching's profile. Premier league is million times above Qatar level. No debate honestly.
Xavi might have greater potential but until he can do something in Europe top 5, not in Qatar. Heck, even his team is one of richest team in Qatar with Santi Carzola as one of his player.
Right now, Arteta > Xavi.
No joke up until about 15 years ago, FA Cup final day was massive in England. I'd say it was probably the second most desired trophy after the Prem title.
It's died a death now, pretty much reserve squads until you get to the semi-final and pretty empty stadiums too.
By that logic, Alex McLeish > Guardiola back in 2008.
What's wrong with that? I can say Robinho was better than Messi in 2005,, Pep was better player than Xavi in 1999 or Fabio Capello was better coach than Alex Fegurson in 1994.
I could also say that Steve Finnan was a better player in the Champions League than both Ronaldo Nazario and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. He has more trophies than the pair of them put togther.
