No one cares about the FA cup or titles in Qatar. We are talking about the potential those two have. IMHO Xavi's potential as a manager is far grater than Arteta's. His understanding of football was always phenomenal, and he will manage Barca sooner or later. He lacks experience but he could grow together with our young team. To be fair, whoever takes over won't be abble to compete for CL at least for the next 2 seasons so I'd rather risk with Xavi than with equally inexperienced Arteta.

Also depend on their performances. R9 usually disappeared in UCL, same with Zlatan. Firmino has a better career in UCL than both of them.

Seriously, what make you think Xavi at this moment posses better profile than Arteta as a coach??? Experience at Qatar. He has not yet done anything historic in Qatar like lead his team to AFC champion leage glory.
