New board have so far in their ongoing audit found over a dozen of invoices of cloe to 200k euros each.
Last board set a rule that anything over 200k had to pass a review, but these contracts are for 198k, 199k, 196k and such.

These invoices are similar to the Barcagate ones where they were deliberately structured with multiple invoices for under 200k each so it didn't have to go through a review.

What Laporta needs to do is being put off. He needs to get rid of the seniors and let Messi loose too.

To be fair, he's only been here since February. Can't tell em all to fuck off mid season can he lol. But yes I agree, big decisions have to be made this summer.

Pique may be about the worst 'leader' have ever seen at Barca.
Under EV took the piss and refused to train and travelled for business when suited him.
During games he plays with chip on shoulder and a knowing smirk on his face as if referee is out to get Barca. Does that before organising the defence for set pieces/positionally a lot of the time. Constantly distracted and playing the victim card which wears thin.
Screams at players and more or less calls them out as playing shite when he is just as bad. Passing the buck and taking no responsibility.
His time is long done and hope his knee injury brings an end to it this summer but dont think his ego will allow for that.

100% bang on the money there.
Pretty sure I remember reading that Guardiola wanted Pique towards the end of his reign as he could see other interests outside of football taking over and Pique was struggling with Pep's demands.
On the pitch, he always had Mascherno and Puyol to keep him focused and in check.

The greatest man manager at top level ever and one who prioritised personalities in the dressing room more than ever is most likely Alex Ferguson.
Pique would have been punted years ago as soon as he started his business interests to such a level away from club. Would never have got to this stage where he is untouchable and can more or less act however he likes.
Even last match he was screaming at the players when it went to 3-2 and blaming them. No wonder Barca struggle under pressure when the 'leaders' are Pique blaming all around him. He takes zero responsibility and can see it in last game, can see it in the 8-2 v Bayern etc.

Bit off-topic, but have seen somewhere a screenshot of Barca's line-up in 14/15 UCL final recently. Mascherano was one of the most underrated players in a team stacked up with top players and big names.
No way he let Messi go. Imagine losing Messi in just your first year as president.
