Joan Laporta

barcilliant and raedkuwait are quite similar in posting style and both don't have avatars, it kinda confuses me at times

I will never confuse raed since he always write a small sentence in 3 lines, which is very weird.
raed hates on every player and coach, barcilliant hates current situation, and then predicts a worse outcome in the near future, and the start hating on this future situation.
It is confusing for me, I understand that such a forum is a good way to vent our frustration sometime, but football is just there for our entertainment, why getting so angry all the time about it

Will meet with Koeman personally before the end of the season and ask him about the recent run of results, performances, his analysis of what happened, etc. Basically explain what happened. No decision about Koeman's future will be taken at this meeting or before the end of the season. He apparently just want to hear what's going on from Koeman himself.

Nice approach.
I guess Koeman will be paid until then, and also paid until someone else takes over... Very dignified and noble man, Laporta!

more like standard bullshit approach. laporta or any other president wouldn't have to listen to koeman's analysis before sacking him.

DonAK

President of FC Barcelona
Club reached out to Flick to hear if he would be interested if there's an opening, but he's already committed to the German NT

Also says some people in the board are reluctant to give the job to Xavi due to his lack of experience in Europe and won't rule out Koeman staying another season due to lack of options.

Laporta acts cultured in this. Koeman already knows his faith, so no need of drama. I've would have been content with him (CdR win) if Atletico kept their big lead in the league with no hope of Barca winning La Liga, but missing two chances with easy-peasy games to go on top is unforgivable. Koeman brought this on himself.
