I don't know which date in the future he meant by "next" but it's certainly not the brightest idea for the near future. Pep only began his managerial career and he is doing a great job so why change that.
It's like you are having this top doc working in a clinic and wanting him to become a director just because that title holds more prestige.
Bottom line, the club is better off having pep on the bench.
