Wouldn't it be hilarious if socis lodged no confidence motion against Laporta and Barto came back in. This club 🤦*♂️

Laporta was not ready for the realities of football in 2020. Now he looks like a deer stuck in the headlights. I would take Laporta over Font and Barto but he needs to get his act together.
First we need money from some source. U heard someone in Dubai is ready to pay our debt on favorable terms. So we need that.
Next we need a world class manager with a long term project. We don't need Pirlo, Xavi or Martinez. We need a top manager.
Laporta needs to get his head out of his ass and realize la Masia is not going to save him. He has to let the manager do his job and choose players, tactics, formations etc.
His rose tinted glasses for, 433 need to be taken care off.

(🌕) Joan Laporta?s been valuing the situation & hearing advices, but doesn?t want to rush a decision. Board members will be in contact tomorrow & depending on the conclusion, Koeman?s situation could vary. Not to forget, Bar?a play Atleti on Saturday right away. Laporta asks for calm @ffpolo

KEEP CALM MAN BACK AGAIN!

He needs to act now. If he doesn't fire Koeman now, it's same as when Barto didn't fire Valverde after 4-0 Liverpool. Next season went to shitter because of it.

He needs to act right now or we will lose this season 100%.

After losing the game against Atletico on Saturday, we will only hear how bad the squad is and how the state of Barcelona is bad and how Koeman is the only reason there is future with the club.

Fuck off Koeman. You are done.

Laporta still considers Xavi that does not have enough experience managing at the top level. Pirlo and Martinez are still preffered

? @mundodeportivo

So far the worst president ever

Criticism
Laporta's management of the sports sections of the club, especially the basketball section, has been controversial. On 2 June 2005, he faced the resignation of five members of the club's board of directors, including Sandro Rosell. They accused him of having changed for the worse as a person, having adopted authoritarian traits and harbouring ambitions of power.

In October 2005, he faced a scandal when his brother-in-law and member of the board of directors in charge of security, Alejandro Echevarr?a, was revealed to be a member of the Francisco Franco Foundation. After several denials by Echevarr?a and Laporta, contested by documents shown by a former member of the board of directors, Laporta was finally forced to accept Echevarr?a's resignation. Echevarr?a continued, however, to be close to the club and he organized the security during the celebrations of the 2005?06 La Liga championship.

Laporta's own political history added to the complications surrounding the Echevarr?a scandal, as his politics are diametrically opposed to those implied by Echevarr?a's membership of the Francisco Franco Foundation. Laporta is a self-described Catalan nationalist and has been identified on several occasions as supporting the independence of Catalonia from Spain. In the early 1990s, he and fellow Catalan politicians Pilar Rahola and ?ngel Colom founded the now-defunct Partit per la independencia, which supported Catalan separatism.[19] He was also an active participant at the controversial Frankfurt Book Fair of 2007, at which Catalan language and culture were the special featured invitees, but not including other Catalonia-based authors who wrote in other languages, such as Spanish. At the fair, Laporta stated that he "hopes that FC Barcelona continues to be a tool to promote the Catalan language and culture" and to the contrary, he would feel obligated "to create the Catalan Republic of Barcelona".[20]

Laporta thinks of Pirlo with the idea of 'inventing' another Rijkaard [@EduPolo]

I legit think something is wrong with Laporta.

Deluded president living off past reputation.. the worst part is, the other options; Barto and Font, are/would be no better. This club is in so much trouble, the politics make getting out this mess even harder

Is this guy capable of making any decisions?

Seems like he just waits and waits until he is forced to do something i.e. Messi, CVC and now Koeman.

Terrible leadership so far.
