Joan Laporta

The court studied both sides' evidence and if they granted Barca's appeal, then it means they agree overall with Barca. There is absolute minimal chance that they will overturn this again later in the season. You don't even understand the simpliest connections. Lost cause.

Can't you understand English NOW?
IT's precautionary, they did not study anything, let alone come to a conclusion.

What the final decision will be you are not in the position to know or speculate.

Ive been thinking about this scenario these days. Laporta dragged LFP in the mud. If the court rules in our favour I could only imagine.

Yes but it could as easily work against us if we refuse to register a player for LaLiga through lack of slots to try and force them out.

Laporta is not a stranger to these type of laws. He used a similar ruling to get Madrid to accept Samuel Eto'o sale to us back in the day iirc.

You’re just mad your dream prediction of not registering them didn’t come true. Either celebrate your club that verses so many haters and corrupt league or go cry somewhere else :facepalm1:

Celebrate what?
A registration by TEMPORARY court order, with the problem caused in the first place by Fatporta's clownish handlings?

Get the hell outa here

The temporary court order in Barca’s favor wouldn’t have been issued unless Barca was presenting a case which could prevail at a future date. That doesn’t mean that it will prevail, but merely that it is reasonably strong.

Not really...
Most here are unaware of legal workings.
The court did not go into the essence of the matter, precisely because they DONT go into the essence if the decision is on a PRECAUTIONARY basis. Hence we don't know if the case Barcelona is presenting is strong or not.

The precautionary measure is given simply because:
Barca presents a legal case against LL's decision. Hence it is merely formally registered that Barca is challenging LL on the issue, and that Barca have its interests (sporting, financial, etc.) threatened by LL decision on the non registration.

There is a reason the leaks were all saying Barca will get the precautionary measure.
It would have been very hard for the court to reject the precautionary registration.
It would have meant that the court thought that Barca does not have an interest from a legal pov or that they failed to formally challenge LL decision

We knew Laporta had this in the bag the moment Birdy twerked against him.

As there is the Heisenberg Uncertainty principle in physics, there is the Birdy Certainty principle of Ls

The Ls are handed to all of us the fanbase by Fatporta's clownish handlings buddy

Yes, I wrote this yesterday as well. The chance is high that the registration will become permanent in April. And even if not, not being able to play in April and May is a far less bad than not being able to play for half a season. It's a big win for Laporta and the club in any case, it can just get bigger from this point.

The main argument is, if I understand correctly, LaLiga's articles 130.2 and 141.5 don't allow a player to be registered twice in case a club decides to cancel the registration, for example because of a longer injury, fills the free spot with another player and then swaps again as soon as the player is fit.
It is aimed at a club de-registering the player. But they don't specify the rules, if LaLiga themselves takes away the registration as they did with Olmo and Pau. Now the court must decide, if the articles apply also for Olmo's and Pau's case or not.
But if the court allowed the temporary registration, then there is at least a strong doubt about it.

We'll be out of all competitions and Olmo will be injured so the court can take their time until April and then it won't matter anyway.
