All those numbers are perfectly acceptable, 10-12m like I was saying somewhere else.

Someone like yamal gets more thats understandable.

It also seems we aren't negotiating contracts with 4 years left to like the fool barto.

Those wages locked in for 4 years, all reasonable.

Gavi should be getting more though, at least 18m.

We don't know if those numbers are accurate or not, and if they are accurate, we don't know if they start from renewal years (2026-2027) , or start from next year.
But wage increases was inevitable and was widely expected. Barca are supposed to return to Camp Nou, and also are expected to have some of the amigo payments done.

Are we going to be able to make those big signings? Very highly unlikely, which again is to be expected anyway. We are gradually climbing the "wealth" ladder, but we aren't yet where we belong.

We know not to trust shit sources like Capology as the 'Frenkie is on 37m' nonsense some took as gospel from there and tried all manner of mental gymnastics to justify it.

There is absolutely no chance the likes of Balde is on 1.6m a season.

Those numbers are not that big for a big club. I'd actually say good job with those.

I would say it's VERY BAD to give so much money to 20yr old kids
How much do they gonna ask when they turn 30?
Do you think they will reduce?

Laporta has fucked up the no1 objective any president would have had after Bartomeu: to REDUCE and RATIONALIZE the wage bill

Yamal the club will give him what it takes and rightfully so.

Others are not massively paid in that list really. Gavi on current peformances but he should improve.

Could be that they dont kick in until the summer and included in FFP from then as already registered to then regardless.

Doubt it is impacting current seasons FFP.

They could make room this summer from renewals also and good chance have sell on fees coming in that could amount to tens of millions.

I am talking about next season chief. Isn't it obvious?

How are we meeting FFP with increasing 18m gross more, which gonna rise with the renewals of Lamine and Balde, while releasing only 5m gross?
Given that we are supposed to make more signings in the summer?

We don't know for sure, but Capology has been found pretty accurate with most players and clubs.

They are starting next season.
0 chance they start from 26/27 or else players would not have signed them now.
That's the rule with all renewals, and the only reason they are not starting right away is that FFP is locked for this season already

What do you mean we won't make new singings?
IF Laporta does not make signings in the summer, fails to offload big earners, and has already splashed 20m or more in renewals in our FFP, then he is an utter clown

They wont have to account for next season yet and if have slightest idea how Laporta works it is worry about that later.

Capology is nonsense too often. Told you this about FDJ his '37m' which was pure fantasy nonsense.

Laporta is not a clown for using 20m of FFP on renewals.. what a moronic claim.

It would be a clown who signs players with that FFP space and doesnt renew those he has.

They will be paid around the same they would be paid elsewhere (not counting Saudi).

Gavi 10m now. If a PL club think he's worth more they will contact his agent who in turn will go to Barca. If the club feels he's worth that they will offer same, if not they will look for a sale.

Money from contract renewals aren't linear. Barca won't offer Gavi 15m to renew just because.

Laporta: "The transfer window closes at midnight, and there could be a surprise. We might be close to closing a deal, I'm following the news with Deco right now."

Anyone that have followed our transfer window anxiously the last few years know that a fresh batch of Dominos pizzas is always delivered an hour before midnight at the club offices.

I suspect this year Deco is the one responsible for taking the order. No wonder Laporta is so giddy about it. The man adores a meat lover's.
