By the way, where is the motion of no confidence and the court hearings after Font and other opposition camps united against Laporta and openly declared they will save the club from his terrible leadership? Font shouted each day during the winter transfer period.

He does not get enough credit for the hiring of Flick, when it would have been much more easy for him not to rock the boat, and stick with Don Xavi.
Don Aporta has only every wanted 2 managers in his history of Presidency over 2 terms. Pep Guardiola and Flick. Both of which, the majority of the fanbase didn't want at the time. And they have both gone on to do great things.
When Don Aporta wasn't president Barca hired numerous managers and only one could be regarded as coming close to doing as good a job as Pep and Flick did ( Luis Enrique ) .
Aporta certainly knows how to do the most important part of his job - hiring a manager.
Those who want him gone need to be careful what they wish for.

Joan Laporta masterclass in terms of renewals. We renewed Araujo, Pedri, Gav and Cubarsi so far. Until 2031, 2030, 2030 and 2029 respectively. This is so nice to see and can’t wait for Lamine and de Jong renewal to secure a very strong base for what could be a period of dominance for Barça

Who would have known 4 years ago when Laporta wasn’t president that he would win 4 trophies in 4 years, rebuild La Masia, actually renovate the Camp Nou, get the historic Spotify deal and the Nike deal, hire the current Champions League reigning champion’s coach and most importantly return us to 1:1. Even when the club truly hit rock bottom, he managed to fix everything even when it was 100x worse than in 2003.
