Cruyff, a great player without a doubt. But one thing that disturbed me was hearing him say that C.Ronaldo was better than George Best...? I just can't see how someone with as good a football brain as he could come to that judgement.

Well, what Cruyff says has some sense in it, because I don't think a night-life loving alcoholic like Best would have survived too long in today's physically demanding game. I don't think Ronaldinho was close to Best in terms of lifestyle, and look at what happened to him!

Cruyff is our "legend", like Pélé in Santos, Maradona in Napoli, Bobby Charlton in Man Utd, Eusébio in Benfica.

Watched Barca match against Hapoel from 95-96 season (last one with Cruyff in charge). FC Barcelona played very similar they play now. They even had a lone tall striker, Meho Kodro, up front, just as we have Ibrahimovic now.

Helped Barca with their first CL trophy, what more could you wish for.

why is he wrong Best was good for 3 seasons. same as ronaldinho. gordinho wasted his whole career.


when he was playing at Barca. The drinking team was ronaldinho, deco, edmilson and gds. they were out every night. I saw Ronaldinho in Irish sailing club(porto Olimpico), carpe diem, catwalk, and in a Brazilian place(forget name of it).

Deco the stupid bugger had 2 drunk driving cases in a 6 month period. one time he allegedly asked the police if they could just follow him home to Castdefels.
