He's become a worse crosser than worst form Alves (and that is saying something). Whenever he gets the ball he doesn't look to play it through/forward into space on his flank but rather strictly inside passes that are backwards or level with him (Montoya style). I'd say bench him but Adriano is worse and Grimaldo is a massive defensive liability. Need to sort this out somehow.

But La Liga is won on smaller matches and we need 3 points in most of smaller matches.
When he is playing like this, we are playing with 10 players actually.

Also, imagine if we won't have Alves, and if we would have two more or less useless fullbacks in the attack (Alba+Montoya or Alba+Douglas or Alba+Bartra)
We would play with 9 men against parked buses.
Plus, we would be forced to play through the middle most of time.

And we know what happens then. (results like in the last 2-3 Seasons).
