Jordi Alba has signed a new contract with Barcelona on July 01, 2019 to extend his stay at Camp Nou until 2024. Alba's new deal sees his release clause rise from 150 M to 500 M and ensures he will remain under contract at the club until he is 35.
That means, it will be very, very difficult to get rid of him. No club will like to pay 500 millions release clause for a 31 y.o. veteran. Even if they can rewrite his contract and especially his release clause to more realistic amount, he has 4 more years under contract.
