Jose Manuel Pinto

His character is hilarious.

I saw that he played well-enough against Copenhagen, so we can conclude that he's good as a substitute keeper.

Hence we don't need Iraioziz :D !

His decision making is...interesting, that's for sure. No keeper who spends 90% of his time on the bench will be sharp, but Pinto was always better when he didn't have time to think even when he was one of the best keepers in La Liga. Pinto is a good backup keeper, and also the most entertaining backup keeper in the world.

Yup. According to EMD the play where Santin was pretty much alone but he stopped because he thought he was offside (he wasn't) was because Pinto mimicked the ref's whistle

Here's the vid: http://www.elmundodeportivo.es/web/gen/20101015/54024275175.html?IDMC=54057072462 He does it when he raises his arm

Looks like FCK have filed a complaint with UEFA and an investigation has been opened...Pinto & FC Barcelona have apparently been notified and the player could face a suspension if allegations are proven accurate

UEFA's Disciplinary committee can hear the case at their meeting next Thursday over improper conduct by Pinto (i.e. whistling to deceive)

EMD had an article about Pinto's skill at imitating a whistle...Seems he does this in training sessions with some success there, as well
