I don't get this ban... Is there a irrefutable proof that he whistled on purpose? He didn't even try to fool the ref which is a bigger deal, he fooled an adversary which happens all the time... Players shout at opposition asking for passes to fool them, or shout when they're receiving a pass and on and on... What if the whistle came from the crowd? Who would UEFA ban? It's not Pinto's fault that the other guy didn't look at the linesman, the laws are not made to protect the fools...
