José Mourinho

About him not being a fundamentalist, I think this is true but he has his limitations in the sense that he is sometimes not too adventurous. With Real Madrid he really stepped out of his comfort zone in the matches were the fans wanted another ball player instead of a destroyed in midfield.

The talk about stability is a bit ironic. Though I have to say that he has unfinished business in Real Madrid. I really like him and his career, I wish he did better in Spain with us. Maybe one day he will return.

There's no way he'll return to Madrid ever. The club grew sick of him and he grew sick of the club. The media in Spain will always hate him with a passion and Mourinho clearly didn't enjoy the whole experience. His unfinished business isn't enough to bring him back. The objective that he had left was to win La Decima with them and now that Ancelloti has won that there really isn't much for him to go back for. The only time that it would be possible would be in the distant future with a whole new squad and board and by there wouldn't be the same challenges that awaited him when he first arrived (greatest Barca ever, La Decima). All that he would know for certain is that he'd be greeted by a hostile media.

Real Madrid would never have him back. His ultimate aim is to take over Man Utd who now have more money than God.

I don't see him becoming United boss because I think he's at a stage where he wants to become a club legend like Wenger and Fergie...If he leaves Chelsea for United he'll be seen as a traitor by most Chelsea fans and I can't see him getting sacked by Chelsea now because he'll guarantee success despite the financial restrictions and due to FFP the expectation will also be lower..

Clearly, you dont know Abramovich, he sack coaches for fun, and for the silliest reasons. Not even Mourinho is above that. I dont see him staying there very long because of that.

Avramovich is trying to reduce Chelsea's dependence on him and doesn't want to pour more of his fortune into the club(He actually supported Financial Fair play:lol:) so it's reasonable to assume that he'll be satisfied with moderate amount of success under Mourinho...and the fact that he rehired Jose means he's willing to compromise on style of play so it's not that much of a stretch to assume that Mourinho will not be sacked by Chelsea..

Jose or Pellegrini to be sacked at the end of the season probably unless the loser of the PL wins the CL which is unlikely.
