We had vote of no confidence 3 years ago, there is nothing else to say, lazy 80 year old braindead socis were too lazy to vote him out, these are the people that could have changed A LOT but they probably don't even watch football anymore or just don't care about how this club is doing.

I dont understand, back in the 90,s we saw white handkerchiefs often. Nowadays socio's are clueless bocadillo eating idiots without balls who have 0 vision and cant look past la liga/classico results. When dit this happen? Why are they not rioting to get this rat face pos out of this club asap?

The socios consist of
1. People that are members just "becouse" and dont even watch the games or live abroad, mainly Asia
2. People close to the board
3. Businessmen that are only concerned how their own companies can benefit from Barca brand

If only 2 and 3 go to votes and meetings, this is what you get.

It's actually mind blowing how they invest so much money but at the same time will leave the club with such an atrocious squad.

They pay the biggest wages, buy one super expensive player after the next but somehow managed that all of that money lead to nothing, it's basically still the same core as 5 years ago just worse and older and more powerful than ever it seems.

On one side we constantly complain about the veterans and rightfully so but on the other side there is hardly anyone ready to take over for a rebuild while wasting an unbelievable amount of money on the way.

I don't think anyone will really push for it, elections are 2021 anyway. Even just organizing it would be a mess and easily twisted against someone if it has to be done in person thanks to the ongoing pandemic, travel restrictions etc. They would also need a reliable concept to follow it up.

Probably better to just focus on 2021 so we hopefully get someone with a solid idea on the direction this club should take in the near future.

No one is going to push for the elections this year.

They will want a clear slate after the financial issues from covid are gone and hope some of old core are cleared out by 2021

Honestly, we are done for a while.
Board have left the club in shambles and we still have a year left.
Then we need to get a new board/vision, get rid of all the seniors, rebuild towards something.
We will be years away from being a la liga winning competetive cl club. Cabt see it happening before 2025, possibly later.

Socis are full of pussies and so are most Catalan fans from what I've seen in Barcelona and spanish forums. Just a bunch of gutless pussies who do not see the bigger picture. If this forum was indicative of how Catalan fanbase was, the front office and team would look a lot different.

As much shit that we give to Real Madrid, they are infinitely better run than us in recent time. They know how to sell players, find a competent manager, and not waste 300??? million on 3 players who are either; injured all the time, out on loan and will never come back, don't even play in important matches.

RM have perfected a way of developing youngsters via loans.

But here, we are buying either 30+ olds, huge transfers that either are bad fits (Griezmann, Coutinho), injury prone (Dembele) or we give up on youngsters ASAP.

We were unlucky with Dembele, but the Coutinho and ESPECIALLY Griezmann transfers were dumb. If I had the choice, I would try to sell Coutinho and Griezmann and get a 9 with that money. Or maybe even try and prepare Fati to play a 9.
