Messi - He can and should stay as starter
Pique - Can be a starter for a couple of years as well. He is not the reason that our midfield and attack doesn't want/can't move.
Alba - Can become a backup/fight with another good LB for the starting spot.
Busquets - Should become a backup. Can be useful in some games and in case of FDJ injury.
Suarez - Can become a backup too. Yeah, he sits in some huge wages. But, he is a club legend, we should have asked him first if he agrees for a backup role and only then show the door.
Roberto - Covers both RB and CM positions, can stay as backup as well.

The only players that SHOULD leave are Rakitic, Vidal & Umtiti.

You aren't really reading between the lines here. The only players you mentioned that would accept being backups/subs would be Pique, S.Roberto, and maybe Alba. The rest wouldn't accept a bench role, regardless of who the coach is. The amigos would still be present, and who knows how worse the locker room would be if half of them are just subs...

Vidal is amigo and Rakitic. They are not leaving.

You aren't really reading between the lines here. The only players you mentioned that would accept being backups/subs would be Pique, S.Roberto, and maybe Alba. The rest wouldn't accept a bench role, regardless of who the coach is. The amigos would still be present, and who knows how worse the locker room would be if half of them are just subs...

You never know. You should ask players first. I'm pretty sure Busquets will agree with a backup role. Suarez may be a little bit tricky, but well, you need to ask his opinion first!

These players are on heavy wages draining us dry even if they are on the bench.
