The thing is, there is one thing kickstarting a motion of no-confidence by getting the required 15% and one thing actually being able to kick him out by getting the 66% of total votes.
Any candidate would want to be 100% sure of being able to get the necessary amount of votes to hold new elections, that's why we're seeing the campaign just starting and all these member polls, online polls going around at the moment. They are testing the waters.
Also I reckon they're waiting to see what happens with the transfer ban case pending in CAS.
