Nope, no chance. We haven't gone back in for him since, Liverpool have met his representatives but only Chelsea have bid. Wenger basically wants Hazard and has for ages, it just depends on if Lille are willing to sell him and for what price they'll negotiate at.

I'd choose Man City. I think Tevez will probably leave this summer which is a HUGE setback for them but Man City really only is 2-3 signings and a GOOD COACH away from being a massive force.

Chelsea is a sinking ship. They'd have to spend a ton of money to rebuild their aging midfield (no creativity what-so-ever) and defense.

City need to build around Yaya, Silva & Kompany. add in Mata, Agüero and Sánchez over the summer and sell Tevez, Adebayor, Jo, Wright-Phillips, Bridge, Santa Cruz etc etc etc...

You're probably right about Tevez. I think Mourinho will go for a target man, probably Llorente if he's smart, and perhaps Tevez since I dont think he likes Benzema very much.

However, a Sanchez-Aguero-Mata frontline might be a bit fragile for the EPL. Ideally Dzeko would have fit in nicely...but he's been total shite in England so far.
