I pretty much agree with the article. Mata is awesome as hell, but each manager has their system, and our system requires all attackers to track back, and for Mata he loses his effectiveness big time when he has to work hard. Our best trio for this is Hazard/Oscar/Willian. Mata has gotten games, starting in the centre too, but he just can't get back into form, and I don't see him fitting this system. He shouldn't leave now though, it'd be a silly time to(it's not like he'd get much of a chance with Spain at the WC anyway, del Bosque doesn't like him), but tbh I've already accepted that Mata isn't part of our future anymore. I wish him well for the future.
