¡Gr?*cies Xavi!
That article is so biased against Inter, well of course it is because it was written by a milanista. They forget they went to Serie B in 1980 for their own matchfixing scandal, not to mention they were also involved with Calciopoli.

It is obviously biased, but you have to admit that Juve were harshly done by, considering the lack of evidence and implementation of a new ruling for this matter.

Well you just have to look at Barca transfer ban and make a comparison there, other clubs did the same thing but Barca were the ones punished. It doesn't mean that Barca (or Juve) shouldn't be punished because illegal acts were still committed, but when you're the club chosen to be "made an example of", it's certainly annoying from both the perspective of the club itself and the fans.

Thing is the original ruling had Lazio and Fiorentina relegated too but their appeals were successful... also with the statute of limitations it is hard to prove any of the later findings.

We got fucked by Calciopoli and in truth have never been the same and it has set us back 10 years of football.

We would be in a similar position to Bayern and yourselves.

Instead we have had to endure years of pain and suffering and even in our recent good years we still suffered in the CL with some bad experiences.

After the win against Real Madrid and qualifying to the final it finally feels like all our demons have been overcome and we are finally at a level we belong at.

There were serious doubts whether any juve fan would get to see their team in a CL final ever again.

For me it still doesn't feel real yet and it probably won't until the day of the final when I get to watch my team in a CL final for the first time in 12 years.

The blood, sweat and tears my club have shed have made us stronger and we won't let our guard down so easily again after 2006.

True, but there is a reason why FIGC have been almost apologetic in the media recently, even mentioning the possibility of re-instating their two Scudetti if they drop their civil lawsuit against the federation. When you get a punishment as severe as theirs due to a new, vague and inaccurate sports law, I think you have a case.

Just to be clear, they should've been punished, but I feel a relegation was too much.

Perhaps I would have more sympathy for them if I wasn't an Inter fan. ;)

But speaking as a football fan in general, imagine the shit show that will kick off if Juve get their two scudetti back, especially if it entails taking one away from Inter. It will just make Italian football look like a joke. "Oh, we're going to punish you to stop match fixing... but wait, we might have messed up, so here you go, now quit suing us..." It's more complicated than that of course, but that's what it looks like to the average football fan who doesn't know any of the details.

I agree, Italian football would be the laughing stock in Europe if that were to happen. Well, they will probably continue to dominate the league, so I don't think they will miss them in the long run. ;)
