City is judged for their transfers but they're pretty good imo. Yeah they are kinda overpriced but when you compare them to Man .Utd etc they are pretty damn good. They have built themselves a pretty good team. I think De Bruyne,Otamendi and hell even perhaps Sterling could take them up to finally become a top team in the UCL.

If true City now has the best team in England. Sterling has looked really good for them, they look for him a lot going forward. I wonder how Silva, Sterling and DB will all fit in though, they will all want to see a lot of the ball. Otamendi was a very solid CB signing too.

Silva and KDB are obviously the real deal, and Sterling has some talent, but Navas and Nasri? I wouldn't want any of those at Barça, not even on the bench.
