I'd rather buy no one than Koke. He won't cost less than 60m, way too expensive and it would also mean our new defenders are Lovren and Edgar Ié.

Samper is no Busquets defensively. I think he's going to be used as a deep lying playmaker later on in his career. Unless he improves his defensive attributes a lot.

I agree, I could never imagine him in Busi's position - more in Xavi's.

Yeah I totally understand why you wouldn´t want us to pay that amount for him but I´m not sure Sergi Roberto, Rafinha and Rakitic would be enough if Xavi leaves. Of course, those three players mentioned are very nice to have but I still feel we´d need to have at least one more in our squad that was above their level. Just my take on it. Yeah, I agree that the defence should come first before anything else now though. If we have to chose between a world class cb or world class cm then I´d take the cb anyday!

I rate Rakitic higher than Koke though. All the rumours about Koke came from Sport and as I mentioned before, they will not stop, they dream of him playing here, don't know if it's because he's Spanish.
Iniesta, Rakitic, Rafinha and Roberto seem good to me, especially if Cuadrado also comes, who can play at CM/AM.

Spain looked better after he came on IMO. Things could have been different if they played like that from the start. Koke-Busquets-Iniesta is Spain's best midfield trio.
