yes that is what I am saying; corruption is Spain is much more widespread than in Germany; that is public knowlege; rich powerfull influential people can get away much easier than in germany

Perhaps but there is no proof that Messi didn't go to jail because of corruption, it is your speculation only.

The fact that Hoeness could get out of jail during the day and worked for Bayern wasn't normal, was it?

dont know what you mean....now entire club is corrupt cause Uli was hidding his personal money....and served his sentence to society unlike Messi

Did Messi try to hide his accounts when asked to turn them over like Hoeness did?

You dont have a clue.

While Rosell did go to jail.

This is the best outcome really

This is a second major L for Perez in the space of 2 years

Man has to reevaluate and stop doing the Galactico model. Players of this generation do not prioritise RM that highly anymore and need to see a sporting project first to be enticed without a doubt

Perez will never abandon the Galacticos model.
It has been reported from people knowing him that he doesn't believe in collective creations, but rather individual talent/genius.

A fucked up idea for sure, but...

He is rich/powerful as you claim in Spain gets folk off... your point fails.

What laws were not applied to Ronaldo/Messi?

Did they try to hide accounts when aksed to provide them like Hoeness did?

so, if I understand you correctly Uli went to jail cause he tried to hide his accounts, Ronaldo and Messi didnt but they are all tax frauds

Which is a bit ironic, considering what we knew from the leaks, he ended up loathing many of the stars he signed back in the days.

Yes when investigation started he did no disclose all his accounts and thats what ended in jail sentence.

Had he..like Messi and Ronaldo did then he may have been spared jail.

Judge Rupert Heindl ruled Hoeness's voluntary disclosure - that he had failed to pay taxes - was incomplete and thus did not meet a vital requirement needed for amnesty under German tax laws designed to encourage tax evaders to come clean.
