If the FFP rules meant for dealings like that to happen, this wouldn't be considered an inventive loophole. And as such that is problematic as it is effectively making a mockery of the rules and rendering them useless. That's why UEFA should act regardless of whether the Neymar transfer was considered clean or not. How this should be dealt with in the future should and needs to be determined by them, not us or PSG. People can find clever, somewhat legal ways to save on taxes in their tax return, but sooner or later tax authoritives will and need to react.
