Yeah I am not attaching the blame to the players (he and Haaland). They do well to score them goals.

Yeah, Real midfield is their weakest point. There is a reason they consider someone like Ceballos essential now.
Put Mbappe in last year's team and they would have been even better team than they were.
They got him because he is a generational talent that you don't pass onto. The rest of the team was ignored because of the cost, but once they address their weaknesses, he will fly high, sadly.
