Sevilla are too much of an attacking side I think and that may very well have them undone tonight. Having said that, they are also quite good on the counter and can really hurt Real Madrid.

It'd be interesting to see if Real Madrid will field a full-strength XI tonight and go for broke since they have Juventus coming up in Turin just 72 hours down the road. Some of their players have also come out and admitted what everyone knows and does not like to admit: "The Champions is the Thing"

In the short run we will get less but not on the long run.

La Liga desperately needed a different TV rights deal altogether. The current one was damaging for the league as a whole due to the monopoly of FCB and RM. You can only welcome this deal with open arms as a fan of Spanish football. This will strengthen La Liga as a whole and over time make the league even more competitive and thus more attractive for sponsors etc.

According to Guillem Balague:

"There is, almost inevitably, an element of compromise in the final legislation. One of the clauses states that no club, as a result of the plan, should receive less than they are presently getting. That effectively ring-fences the €140 million that both Barcelona and Real Madrid are presently being paid, per Dermot Corrigan of ESPN.com."

Sevilla is yet to lose at home this season, they never lost once in any competition at home. I think we'll go with medium tempo today. We can't go all because we're playing away vs Juventus in like 70 hours after the game. In Cordoba we trust :neymar: .

Well RM somehow has the luck... of course along with the individual talent so that you can afford a crappy game and still win it, no matter how ugly. There are very few teams that can manage that and for a team to win nowadays they need to be at their best. That is why I fear RM most, because they can be on a totally OFF-DAY... and somehow manage to win.

I think it will be a nice match tonight, with lots of chances and everything. However, I really do hope that the referee will not screw it up as almost always against the big two (Barca and RM), as so far this season the referees have not damaged us, or at least not to the point that harmed us severely, not even in the first match against RM (2-1 loss).

One thing is for sure, that Emery and our guys will do everything possible to keep RSP unconquered today. If we do not lose tonight, then we have one more match at home against Almeria and we're off for the season, finishing without a home loss, a great historical record for our club (also not everyone can do it in La Liga).

The Canal+ guy at RSP while players of both teams were entering the dressing rooms reported that RM will play with 3 CB's tonight.... WTF?
