That's a blatant foul. The privileged treatment of Real Madrid by the refs is scandalous.

Is that a PSed photo? I don't see the shirt-pulling by the Malaga player at all, after watching the vine clip again and again. In the video it seems the two were holding hands.

Defender grabs the shirt because Benzema already tugged him and spun him around, so he needs to stop Benzema from getting position on him.

That picture you posted is already after Benzema pulled and spun the defender around. It is a clear foul by Benzema and the only controversy is that it wasn't called and the goal stood when it shouldn't have.
