That's not gonna happen, besides it looks like you're preparing Zidane to take over after Ancelotti.

I'd love to see that . Go from a top 3 manager in football to one who accumulated 6 straight losses in Segunda B or something of the sorts. Other than the whole 'scouted Varane' bit, what managerial aptitude has Zidane ever shown??

Well I'm hoping that Ancelotti will stay a coach for a long long time. Making Zidane the coach would be a freaking disaster. The only experience he has is with RM B and he got them freaking relegated lol.

To be fair then they've been doing better lately, but you're right. Zidane got nothing, but it looks like every tom dick and harry on the planet is trying to find a Pep within themselves without realizing that Pep is a genius and not every random guy who got the job.

Zidane started managing Castilla this year AFAIK, so he wasn't the one in charge last season and got relegated. I think Ancelotti will stay max 3 years before Zidane takes over.

I hope that day comes soon when Real couldn't get rid of Ancelotti sooner enough.

Enjoy these good days while it last. :pep:

A Chelsea-esque collapse in the second half of the season would be nice.

I cross my fingers every day that RM randomely collapse Moudrid style. Ronaldo/Benz misfiring, Bale going invisible, Kroos being a stale turtle, Ramos going kamikaze... I can't stand to think that they are on pace to win all three trophies. Chelsea and Bayern are their biggest competitors but I feel like the former isn't good enough to challenge them well while the latter are vulnerable to RM's 4-4-2.

Funny thing is ever since Madrid winning run's started they haven't faced even one worthy opponent yet. I was hoping Barca was going to be the one, but Lucho's team was ridiculously disorganized and certain players unbelievably below par, Real couldn't ask for an easier Barca to face.

Dont talk such rubbish. Barcelona is a worthy opponent for any team. You were leading the league before that game, and you are still close behind. You were better than psg over two matches in your group, and the first half against us was evenly matched. You are still a top 1-5 team in the world.

Barca was like 4 points ahead of them or something, they had like 8 wins in 8 games without conceding. Please don't talk rubbish.

Real fans consoling themselves that they beat a mighty barcelona. It is like watching bayern fan arguing about the ''high'' level of the opponents they face. That is how cheap we are now???? Damn it what is wrong with barca?

To be fair, we didn't face the hardest of opponents either during our run. It wasn't until we faced PSG did we get exposed. And Lucho being the subpar manager he is, didn't properly make adjustments thus letting Real beat us. Having Pique play after a run of bad games and then Matheui being used as LB during clasico was a mistake on his part. Who know what would have happened if we came better prepared.

I agree that RM's current run has something to do with the quality of opponents too. They face Atleti 2x for CDR and a La Liga game in a one month span. There is no way their streak will continue. Plus Valencia is their first match back after break. I think they can take a point off of them for the draw esp if Alves brings his A game hopefully.
