I saw the match.In the first sight it looked to go in but on replay from different angles it was clear that it was not fully in.Even the commentator said that the ball was not in completely.

Yea, it clearly was. The most part of the ball was over the line, but it was clear to me that a part touched the line, from the replays I saw. Much like the Gijon crossbar header IIRC, then too the ball was mostly over, but not all of it.
