Might be some stupid reasons by me But I just hate the mentality of some Espanyol fans when it comes to Us. While yes we are rivals I just hate that some of their Supporters would "Roll over" just to have Real Win the title.

Well it's probably a stupid reason since we are rivals like Atletico is to Real but I just irks me to see such stupid mentality in general.

Can understand people in Barcelona atc having that rivalry but all feels a bit plastic on here when people start that 'Asspanyol' rubbish to me.

From some Spanish Espanyol Forum awhile ago But like I said Probably just a stupid reason by me. but Did Espanyol Sell Sergio García? or did he leave after his contract expired? they seem to be struggling without him.

nah, espanyol is nothing more than satellite club of real marid. to weaken barca
rival? it should be relgated for the sake of la liga.

Leagues are better with local rivals.

This fake hate of them is a farce as people adopt what they think it means to be a Barca fan.

Well, you establish club "Espanol" in Barcelona... it's like.... ehmmm... wait, you're from Scotland? Well, imagine somebody establish football club "England" in Glasgow or somethin'...

Like I said, I remember that story VAGELY, but I have no knowlidge of club details and establishers intentions, I just say what I remember I heard somewhere.

What are you all going to do if Catalonia secedes and Barca are kicked out of La Liga? Hard for me to imagine Barca not in La Liga, but the Spanish chiefs have threatened this. Seems suicidal for the league.
