Why maybe? They both had their foot over the line. Valencia player encroached more but that's irrelevant.

So, the opposition should just run inside with the entire team ahead of a penalty kick, knowing they`ll 100% get another penalty if they put it in the back of the net on a rebound, because the opposition players nose will be inside the box.
