He took difficult jobs in competitive leagues. It's not like he spent years in low tier leagues where winning a league is easy.

Serie A in the 00s was probably best league, then fighting vs MSN Barca, Ferguson United at Chelsea... not easy to get leagues when you're up constantly against top tier competition.
