But Thebes is desperate to play divide and conquer.
Since Madrid and Barca declined his cvc deal, which therefore was only worth half without the two biggest clubs in Spain and thus Tebas' commission money obviously also decreased by that amount, he's on the war path with both clubs. Maybe not the clubs themselves, as he's a Madrid fan anyways, but he definitely hates the presidents Perez and Laporta.

People holding these posts in La Liga, Spanish FA should not be fans of any club.
But he is somewhat cleared because he doesn't like Perez. Right.

Sevilla's president blames Madrid and Barca for trying to stay competitive in the burocratic swamp Tebas and his corrupt croenies created, no other league has to deal with. Don't blame Tebas for running down the entire league under the pretext of saving it. Tebas leads LaLiga like the kiosk around the corner to pay with the money you have in hand.
The problem with this is, you forbid clubs to invest, to grow. The less money you're allowed to spend, the less income you'll generate. Less income means even lesser amount of money you're allowed to spend. It's a vicious cycle that destroys the highly capitalistic football in Spain, because other leagues exploit it to the fullest.

Sevilla has a salary limit of €10m. They had to sell their most prominent players, signed the cvc deal and are still financially in a disastrous situation? Transfermarkt lists them with 180m value, place 64 internationally, the same amount as a single Lamine Yamal, for the entire club!
How can that be with a club that was a regular Europa League winner and CL participant, after Tebas promised the whole league sunny days if they sign his deal? Even Messi with his 100m salary was possible!
How do they want to build a competitive top4 squad again with these restrictions? They're done for as a top team thanks to Tebas' rules if no sugger daddy comes around the corner, but instead of pointing that out they try to pull down the only two clubs in Spain that still generate international interest. Imbeciles.

Atletico will definitely struggle and lose points

We just need to find our form back and start a winning serie

Damn these little defeats/draws have really hurt us, from +10 to -6 lol

Let's hope Madrid drops more in the next period so the fans can go back to disliking AM. At the moment, they are more likely to stop Madrid than us.

Mallorca and Rayo were hit with a three-window transfer ban by FIFA due to " unpaid solidarity mechanism debts"

A better explanation I found from the user InbredLegoExpress from reddit.

They didn't pay "solidarity payments". These are fees owed to the clubs that helped develop a player when that player is transferred. They both owe around €50k and €100k to other clubs. Until they pay their debts, they can't sign new players for three transfer windows.
