As if when a player has the ball, can't play it intuitively but he has to look where is Messi and then decide whether to pass it to Messi or to a player who is in a better position.

The points you are making are imo only applicable to Alba this game. Messi created several chances this game and has been fairly disciplined positionally. Its just Coutinho and Griezmann are battling it out for the worst player on the pitch.
