It's funny hearing Steve McManaman rip his hair out watching the offsides and Real's poor defending on the goals.

The guy just couldn't believe what he was watching especially on the second Lewa goal and Raph's goal. As soon as Inigo sent that ball to Raph you can just hear his disgust as Lucas Vasquez fucked up.

To be fair that level of offsides and Vasquez's 'marking' are worse than MLS, with latter only being slightly better than Emre Can if had to compare shit to shit.

It's time to mention the obvious.

One days less rest and 126km midweek against a top Bayern side.

Go to Madrid.
-More goals.
-More chances created.
-More possession.
-More passes.
-Less offsides ( lol )

Incredible feat. We should have been way more tired than Madrid who started the supposed energisers in Jude, Tchoumeni, Camavinga and Valverde.

Absolutely deserved rest for the team. What a week.

Didn't find kilometers run by each team statistic for el clasico, can anybody post it?

Madrid is press resistant. Despite people saying they are lucky in CL or whatnot, the truth is they are robust and can usually take whatever pressure the teams from Bundesliga and EPL can put on them.

What they can't do is press much themselves, and this is the reason they are vulnerable vs teams like Barcelona. With Barcelona, if you let them play, they can kill you.

In El Clasico they pressed pretty hard for 70th+ minutes.
