That piece of shit reff should have left the goal stand. Was that even an offside on Gavi ? Replay that I've seen on screen looked like a few cm offside and that happened like what , 20 seconds before the goal ?
We needed that goal as I don't see how we'll be able to score another one.

Very close offside to call. Luuk should have earned us penalty. Player pushed him behind but no VAR.

Why the fuck are they distributing it down the left every fucking time?? Dembele is the only real threat, is wide open (because he is following Xavi's instructions to stay on the touch line). Frankly, the only reason to watch this game.
Nico's just another midfield oaf. Muscle only gets you so far. You need to get the ball to the creative players and give them time on the ball.

Way too much standing still all over the place. Top teams will have 4 or 5 players moving around for the ball in general play. We have 1 maybe 2.
In result, midfield non-existent.
It's like we're afraid of being on top of the game, being proactive.
Our players literally only run for the ball when they have to. We make every move with the enthusiasm of a chore.

this passivity gets at what lies benath our mentality issues tho. our energy comes mostly form fear of losing, not from desire to win. if a team doesn't press us, we're not terribly eager to change the status quo. we don't have the confidence to impose our own tempo.
